2017 Annual Conference

Registration

• Attendee – $375.00
  Registration includes: conference materials, Welcome Reception, breakfasts, lunches, dinners, exhibitor open house reception, AAHPA Banquet, harbor facilities tour, and associated additional conference costs. Transportation and lodging are not included.
• Attendee: Thursday Only – $125.00
  Registration fee for those attendees wishing to attend Thursday only (including the administrative breakout day and the design-build workshop). If you are coming Wednesday and would like to come to the banquet, please add that on when you register (select 'Additional Guest for Banquet') - we'd love to see you there!
• Exhibitor – $375.00
  A special Exhibitor Open House reception will be held Tuesday evening. This walk-about reception gives attendees and exhibitors a wonderful opportunity to interact with each other. Hors d'ouvres and hosted bar will be served.
  
  There will be ample space for exhibitors to set up a table exhibit at the Sons of Norway.
  
  Exhibitors are required to be sustaining members of AAHPA. If you are not a sustaining member, please contact Rachel at info@alaskaharbors.org or see our website. The exhibitor table fee is $375.00 which includes registration fee for one member of an exhibitor team and the associated conference costs. Transportation and lodging are not included. Additional team members should register as conference attendees.
  
  Donations of any kind that can be used as raffle prizes at the banquet are appreciated. Coats, caps, cups, etc. with your company's logo are appropriate. Larger prizes are also welcome.

• Sponsor: AAHPA Banquet – $4,500.00
  The Wednesday evening banquet will feature a wonderful dinner, entertainment, and a drawing for raffle prizes. The sponsorship fee for the entire banquet is $4,500.
• Sponsor: Breakfasts – $1,400.00
  There will be four breakfasts offered. This is a great opportunity to promote your product or service to the managers of Alaska's maritime facilities. Recognition for sponsorship will be give on the conference agenda and during events as appropriate. Sponsors are invited to place a sign or card on the food table when sponsoring refreshments.
• Sponsor: Breaks – $500.00
  There will be a total of six breaks during the conference. This is a great opportunity to promote your product or service to the managers of Alaska's maritime facilities. Recognition for sponsorship will be give on the conference agenda and during events as appropriate. Sponsors are invited to place a sign or card on the food table when sponsoring refreshments.
• Sponsor: Dinners – $2,200.00
  Due to the small size of Petersburg, our hosts will be providing dinners during the 2017 conference. This is a great opportunity to continue networking with our membership! There will be a total of two dinners (in addition to the AAHPA Banquet). This is a great opportunity to promote your product or service to the managers of Alaska's maritime facilities. • Sponsor: Luncheons – $1,700.00
  There will be four lunches offered during the conference. This is a great opportunity to promote your product or service to the managers of Alaska's maritime facilities.   Tuesday evening there will be a wonderful selection of hors d'oeuvres and hosted bar to start off the conference.
