Alaska Clean Harbors

Alaska Clean Harbors (ACH) is a voluntary, non-regulatory statewide program that works with harbormasters on best practices to reduce pollution and improve waste management. The program is coordinated through the Marine Exchange, and AAHPA holds a seat on the overseeing Advisory Committee.
