Join us in Juneau February 25-26 for the AAHPA's Annual Administrative Conference.

Registration for the two-day conference is $175. Please note the registration fee is non-refundable. 

If you are interested in Sponsoring any portion of the conference, please see the three levels available (Bronze, Silver, Gold) or you can choose your sponsorship amount by contacting Angel. All sponsors will be highlighted on the agenda, during the conference, and in the follow-up newsletter. Sponsors may send materials to be included in the conference packets.

The AAHPA wants to encourage all members interested in attending to attend. If you are in need of assistance with travel or registration fees, please reach out to Angel about scholarship opportunities that are available.

Location: Mendenhall Valley Library

(Please note the Valley is approximately 10 miles from downtown)

Lodging: There are numerous hotels and Air Bnbs in the area.

Airfare: Alaska Airlines offers a constituent rate for travel to and from Juneau January through May. You can find the code in the "Discount Codes" tab in your Alaska Air profile on the website. You cannot use codes through the app.

Transportation: CBJ Docks and Harbors has secured vehicles for transportation. Please do not feel obligated to rent a car.
