Registration

  • Registration for one day of the conference. Please select which day you will attend on the registration form.
  • The registration fee for a single attendee includes: conference materials, Welcome Reception, 4-Breakfasts, 3-Lunchs, Breaks, Exhibitor Open House Reception, Sunset Cruise aboard an Allen Marine Tours vessel, Land and Sea Facilities Tour, AAHPA Banquet, and associated additional conference costs.
  • The purchase of a table does include registration to the conference and events for one (1) attendee.

    There is limited space for exhibitors to set up an exhibit at the venue; locations will be assigned in the order of registration for the conference. Exhibitor areas are located in the hallways leading to the conference space and in a downstairs reception area with ocean views and a fireplace. Attendees will have access to the exhibitor tables during conference hours.

    In addition, the Exhibitor Open House reception for attendees and the public will be held Tuesday October 22nd from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. in the downstairs exhibitor space. This walk-about reception gives attendees, local marine-related customers, and exhibitors a wonderful opportunity to interact with each other. Hors d'oeuvres will be served.

    Power will be supplied near each booth, but each exhibitor is requested to bring their own power strip(s) as needed.
  • This serves as a single additional ticket to the Exhibitor's Reception for those not registered to the conference. Includes two drink tickets and hors d'oeuvres.
  • This serves as a single additional ticket to the Harbor Tour and social event for those not registered for the conference. Includes two drink tickets and hors d'oeuvres
  • This serves as a single additional ticket for the Thursday Banquet for those not registered to the conference. Includes two drink tickets and a plated dinner.
  • This serves as a single additional ticket to the Welcome Reception for those not registered for the conference. Includes two drink tickets and hors d'oeuvres.
  • Registration for presenters that DOES NOT include events.
  • The highly anticipated banquet will take place on the evening of Thursday, October 24th, 2024. A plated dinner will be served as well as a two (2) drink hosted bar with a no-host bar available thereafter. The banquet is the main event of the conference and is always well attended. The sponsor will be recognized in the conference agenda, on a continual feed in the conference registration area, during events, in our newsletter, and on our website. Sponsors are invited to place a sign or card on the food table when sponsoring refreshments.
  • After the facilities tour, conference attendees will be bussed to Alice’s Champagne Palace for a reception. There will be a two (2) drink hosted bar with food and drinks for purchase thereafter. The sponsor will be recognized in the conference agenda, on a continual feed in the conference registration area, during events, in our newsletter, and on our website.
  • An audio visual team will be hired to help facilitate the conference. This is a great opportunity to promote your product or service to the managers of Alaska's maritime facilities. The sponsor will be recognized in the conference agenda, on a continual feed in the conference lobby, during events, in our newsletter, and on our website.
  • There will be four (4) breakfasts served. This is a great opportunity to promote your product or service to the managers of Alaska's maritime facilities. The sponsor will be recognized in the conference agenda, on a continual feed in the conference lobby, during events, in our newsletter, and on our website. Sponsors are invited to place a sign or card on the food table when sponsoring refreshments.
  • There will be a two daily snack breaks during the conference. Sponsoring morning or afternoon snacksis a great opportunity to promote your product or service to the managers of Alaska's maritime facilities. Recognition for sponsorship will be given on the conference agenda and during events as appropriate. Sponsors are invited to place a sign or card on the food table when sponsoring refreshments.
  • This sponsorship provides for the purchase of prizes for the raffle at the banquet. The sponsor will be recognized in the conference agenda, on a continual feed in the conference registration area, during events, in our newsletter, and on our website.
  • his sponsorship is to cover the purchase of high quality made-in-Homer bags for participants to take home. The sponsor will be recognized in the conference agenda, on a continual feed in the conference registration area, during events, in our newsletter, and on our website. Sponsors are invited and encouraged to share a logo for placement on the bag.
  • There will be an exhibitor reception Tuesday, October 22nd, 2024 from 5-8 p.m. There will be a two (2) drink hosted bar with drinks for purchase thereafter and hors d'oeuvres will be served. Recognition for sponsorship will be given on the conference agenda and during events as appropriate. Sponsors are invited to place a sign or card on the food table when sponsoring refreshments.
  • This afternoon tour on Wednesday October 23rd will take conference attendees around the harbor facilities, a privately managed boat yard that is home to a number of marine trades businesses, and the Bay Weld Boats facilities where they build aluminum boats up to 80’. The sponsor will be recognized in the conference agenda, on a continual feed in the conference registration area, during events, in our newsletter, and on our website.
  • There will be a total of three (3) lunches served during the conference. The sponsor will be recognized in the conference agenda, on a continual feed in the conference registration area, during events, in our newsletter, and on our website. Sponsors are invited to place a sign or card on the food table when sponsoring refreshments.

Register

The Alaska Association of Harbormasters and Port Administrators 2024 Annual Fall Conference will be hosted by Homer Port & Harbor and take place at Lands End Hotel. The conference will begin on Monday night with a Welcome Reception. On Tuesday there will be an exhibitors reception at the Chart Room Restaurant and Wednesday there will be a facilities tour followed by a social event at Alice's Champagne Palace. Thursday will be the much anticipated banquet and close of the conference.
